# The Unmanned Aircraft (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 19: Amendment of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945 of 12 March 2019 on unmanned aircraft systems and on third-country operators of unmanned aircraft systems


(1) Article 16 is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading—
(a) for “CE marking” substitute “UK marking”;
(b) for “notified” substitute “approved”.
(3) In paragraphs 1 and 4, for “CE marking” substitute “UK marking”.
(4) In paragraph 5—
(a) for “CE marking” substitute “UK marking”;
(b) for “notified”, in each place it occurs, substitute “approved”.
(5) Omit paragraph 6.
