# The Unmanned Aircraft (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 26: Amendment of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945 of 12 March 2019 on unmanned aircraft systems and on third-country operators of unmanned aircraft systems


(1) Article 24 is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading, for “notified” substitute “approved”.
(3) In paragraph 1—
(a) for “a notified” substitute “an approved”;
(b) for “notifying authority” substitute “Secretary of State”.
(4) In paragraph 2, for “Notified” substitute “Approved”.
(5) In paragraph 4—
(a) for “Notified” substitute “Approved”;
(b) for “notifying authority” substitute “Secretary of State”.
