# The Unmanned Aircraft (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 27: Amendment of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945 of 12 March 2019 on unmanned aircraft systems and on third-country operators of unmanned aircraft systems


(1) Article 25 is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading, for “notification” substitute “approval”.
(3) In paragraph 1—
(a) for “notification” substitute “approval”;
(b) for “notifying authority of the Member State in which it is established” substitute “Secretary of State”.
(4) In paragraph 2—
(a) for “notification” substitute “approval”;
(b) for “a national accreditation body” substitute “the United Kingdom Accreditation Service”.
