  "text": "(1) Article 28 is amended as follows.\n(2) In the heading for “notifications” substitute “approvals”.\n(3) In paragraph 1—\n(a) for “a notifying authority” substitute “the Secretary of State”;\n(b) for “a notified” substitute “an approved”;\n(c) for “notifying authority” substitute “Secretary of State”;\n(d) for “notification” substitute “approval”;\n(e) omit the second sentence.\n(4) In paragraph 2—\n(a) for “notification” substitute “approval”;\n(b) for “notified”, in both places it occurs, substitute “approved”;\n(c) for “notifying Member State” substitute “Secretary of State”;\n(d) omit “responsible notifying and”.",
