# The Unmanned Aircraft (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 3: Amendment of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945 of 12 March 2019 on unmanned aircraft systems and on third-country operators of unmanned aircraft systems


(1) Article 1 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 2, omit “and on their free movement in the Union”.
(3) In paragraph 3, for “pursuant to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947 within the single European sky airspace” substitute “in the United Kingdom”.
