# The Unmanned Aircraft (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 33: Amendment of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945 of 12 March 2019 on unmanned aircraft systems and on third-country operators of unmanned aircraft systems


(1) Article 32 is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading, for “notified” substitute “approved”.
(3) In paragraph 1—
(a) for “Notified” substitute “Approved”;
(b) for “notifying authority” substitute “Secretary of State”;
(c) in point (a), for “an EU-type” substitute “a type”;
(d) in points (b) and (d), for “notification” substitute “approval”.
(4) In paragraphs 2 and 3, for “Notified” substitute “Approved”.
