# The Unmanned Aircraft (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 4: Amendment of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945 of 12 March 2019 on unmanned aircraft systems and on third-country operators of unmanned aircraft systems


(1) Article 2 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1, in point (a), omit “or to operational declarations under the ‘specific’ category of UAS operations”.
(3) In paragraph 2, omit “except when conducted under a declaration”.
(4) In paragraph 3, for “Union” substitute “United Kingdom”.
