# The Unmanned Aircraft (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 45: Amendment of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945 of 12 March 2019 on unmanned aircraft systems and on third-country operators of unmanned aircraft systems


After Article 42, omit “This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.”.
