# The Unmanned Aircraft (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 46: Amendment of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945 of 12 March 2019 on unmanned aircraft systems and on third-country operators of unmanned aircraft systems


(1) Part 1 of the Annex is amended as follows.
(2) In point (9), for “European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA)” substitute “CAA”.
(3) In point (10), for “Directive 2009/48/EC on the safety of toys” substitute “the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011”.
