# The Unmanned Aircraft (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 52: Amendment of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/945 of 12 March 2019 on unmanned aircraft systems and on third-country operators of unmanned aircraft systems


In Part 7 of the Annex, in point 4—
(a) in the heading, for “CE marking and EU declaration of conformity” substitute “UK marking and declaration of conformity”;
(b) in point (1), for “CE marking” substitute “UK marking”;
(c) in point (2), and in the final sentence, omit “EU” in each place it occurs.
