  "text": "(1) Article 2 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (4), for “competent authority” substitute “Secretary of State”.\n(3) Omit paragraph (6).\n(4) In paragraph (9), for “a competent authority” substitute “the CAA”.\n(5) In paragraph (10), for “a Member State” substitute “the United Kingdom”.\n(6) In paragraph (15), for “Member States” substitute “the CAA”.\n(7) In paragraph (19), omit “Union”.\n(8) Omit paragraphs (20), (28), (29), (30), (31), (32) and (33).\n(9) At the end of paragraph (34) insert—\n“;\n(35) ‘CAA’ means the Civil Aviation Authority”.",
