# The Unmanned Aircraft (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 60: Amendment of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947 of 24 May 2019 on the rules and procedures for the operation of unmanned aircraft


(1) Article 3 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (a), omit “, nor to an operational declaration by the UAS operator”.
(3) In paragraph (b)—
(a) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(b) omit “, or, under circumstances defined in Article 5(5), a declaration to be made by a UAS operator”.
