# The Unmanned Aircraft (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 64: Amendment of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947 of 24 May 2019 on the rules and procedures for the operation of unmanned aircraft


In Article 8, in paragraph 2—
(a) for “competent authority” substitute “CAA”;
(b) omit “or in the standard scenario defined in Appendix 1 to the Annex”.
