  "text": "(1) Article 9 is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph 2, in point (a), for “Directive 2009/48/EC” substitute “the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011”.\n(3) In paragraph 3, for the words before point (a) substitute “The Secretary of State may prescribe by regulations a minimum age which is lower than that provided for at paragraph 1:”.\n(4) Omit paragraph 4.\n(5) In paragraph 5, for “Member States” substitute “The CAA”.",
