# The Unmanned Aircraft (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 78: Amendment of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947 of 24 May 2019 on the rules and procedures for the operation of unmanned aircraft


In Article 22, in point (a), for “defined by the Member State concerned” substitute “at least equivalent to the level in point UAS.OPEN.030(2) of Part A of the Annex.”.
