# The Urban Development Corporations in England (Area and Constitution) Order 2014, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order revokes the Orders which established the urban development areas in Thurrock, the London Thames Gateway and West Northamptonshire and which designated urban development corporations for those areas.
No Impact Assessment has been prepared for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen
