A draft of the following Order was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 1(4A) of the Vaccine Damage Payments Act 1979 and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(1A) of the Vaccine Damage Payments Act 1979, makes the following Order:
