Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and extent

This Order may be cited as the Vehicle Emissions Trading Schemes (Amendment) Order 2024.

Part 1 and articles 3 to 11 and 13 come into force on the 21st day after the day on which this Order is made.

Articles 12 and 14, Part 3 and Part 4 come into force on 1st January 2025.

This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
