# The Vehicle Emissions Trading Schemes (Amendment) Order 2024, Regulation 17: Amendment to article 90 (warrant)


(1) In article 90(4)(b), for “.” substitute “;”.
(2) After article 90(4)(b) insert—
“(c) in Northern Ireland, a lay magistrate.”.
