Article 83 Updating information provided with an application under Schedule 5 (pool participants)

Each manufacturer which is a member of a pool participant in the Trading Schemes must notify the administrator without delay if there is a change to the identity of the manufacturer notified to the administrator as the contact point in accordance with paragraph 5(c)(i) of Schedule 5.

A notification under paragraph (1) must be accompanied by the evidence mentioned in paragraph 7(b) of Schedule 5 in relation to the new manufacturer which will act as the contact point.
