The operator ensures that the vehicles used for the purpose of providing the car club service are—

(a)

roadworthy, kept clean and regularly serviced and maintained;

(b)

covered by a comprehensive insurance policy provided by a third party or the operator; and

(c)

covered by a national breakdown and recovery policy.
