# The Vehicle Emissions Trading Schemes Order 2023, Paragraph 2


The information mentioned in sub-paragraphs (t), (u) and (v) of paragraph 1 is only required to be provided to the administrator if the administrator makes a request in writing for the information to be provided by a CRTS participant or CCTS participant.
