Regulation 109 Amendment to paragraph 16

For paragraph 16 (application) substitute—

“Wholesale dealer’s authorisation

16.

No person may carry out any wholesale dealing in veterinary medicinal products otherwise than in accordance with an authorisation granted under paragraph 18(2) (a “wholesale dealer’s authorisation”).”.
