  "text": "In paragraph 21 (duties on holder of wholesale dealer’s authorisation)—\n(a) for sub-paragraph (b) substitute—\n“(b) comply with good distribution practice;”;\n(b) omit sub-paragraph (c) (and the “and” following it);\n(c) in sub-paragraph (d), at the end insert—\n“; and\n(e) notify the Secretary of State (and in relation to paragraph (ii), the holder of the relevant marketing authorisation) where it has reason to suspect—\n(i) a threat to the continued supply of a veterinary medicinal product;\n(ii) that it has been offered veterinary medicinal products which are counterfeit”.",
