Regulation 16 Amendment to regulation 25

In regulation 25 (importation of an unauthorised veterinary medicinal product) after paragraph (6) insert—

“(6A)

A pharmacist may supply a product to which paragraph (6) applies to a veterinary surgeon for the purposes mentioned in that paragraph notwithstanding paragraph 2(1) of Schedule 3.”.
