Regulation 175 Amendment to paragraph 28

In paragraph 28 (application for manufacturing authorisation)—

(a)

the existing text is renumbered as sub-paragraph (1);

(b)

for the words from “is—” to the end substitute “is £762”;

(c)

after sub-paragraph (1) insert—

“(2)

Fees relating to an application for a manufacturing authorisation are payable with the application.”.
