  "text": "For paragraph 38 (animal blood bank or equine stem cell centre authorisations) substitute—\n“Animal blood bank or non-food animal stem cell centre authorisations\n38. (1) The fee for the inspection of a blood bank is—\n(a) £3,212 for a site in the United Kingdom; and\n(b) £4,507 for a site outside the United Kingdom.\n(2) The fee for the inspection of a non-food animal stem cell centre is—\n(a) £2,142 for a site in the United Kingdom; and\n(b) £3,436 for a site outside the United Kingdom”.",
