# The Veterinary Medicines (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2024, Regulation 185: Amendment to paragraph 38


For paragraph 38 (animal blood bank or equine stem cell centre authorisations) substitute—
“Animal blood bank or non-food animal stem cell centre authorisations
38. (1) The fee for the inspection of a blood bank is—
(a) £3,212 for a site in the United Kingdom; and
(b) £4,507 for a site outside the United Kingdom.
(2) The fee for the inspection of a non-food animal stem cell centre is—
(a) £2,142 for a site in the United Kingdom; and
(b) £3,436 for a site outside the United Kingdom”.
