Regulation 192 Amendment to paragraph 46

In paragraph 46 (premises for supply by suitably qualified persons)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (1)—

(i)

for “to approve” substitute “for an application for the authorisation”;

(ii)

for “£265” substitute “£105”;

(iii)

omit paragraph (b) and the preceding “or”;

(b)

after sub-paragraph (1) insert—

“(1A)

The fees for the inspection of sites authorised for the retail supply of veterinary medicinal products by suitably qualified persons are set out in the following table—

(c)
