  "text": "In paragraph 48 (animal test certificates)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (1) for “£815” substitute “£1,170”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (2) for “£30” substitute “£40”;\n(c) for sub-paragraph (4) substitute—\n“(4) The fee for an application for the variation of the certificate is—\n(a) in the case of a small scale trial, £40; and\n(b) in the case of any other trial, £390.”;\n(d) for sub-paragraph (5) substitute—\n“(5) The fee for an application to renew a certificate is—\n(a) in the case of a small scale trial, £40; and\n(b) in the case of any other trial, £190.”.",
