Regulation 199 Amendment to paragraph 61

After paragraph 61(1) (waiver or reduction of fees) insert—

“(1A)

If the Secretary of State is satisfied that exceptional circumstances exist the Secretary of State may waive or reduce an inspection fee payable under these Regulations.”.
