Regulation 41 Amendment to paragraph 17

In paragraph 17 (time limits)—

(a)

the existing text is renumbered as sub-paragraph (1);

(b)

after the renumbered sub-paragraph (1) insert—

“(2)

Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply where a simultaneous assessment of the application is being conducted by the Secretary of State and the relevant authority in another country.”.
