Regulation 52 Amendment to paragraph 32

For paragraph 32 (duration and validity of marketing authorisation) substitute—

“Duration and validity of marketing authorisation

32.

Subject to any power of revocation provided under these Regulations a marketing authorisation is valid indefinitely.”.
