In paragraph 34 (refusal of variation to marketing authorisation)—

(a)

omit sub-paragraph (1);

(b)

for sub-paragraph (3)(b) substitute—

“(b)

the Secretary of State produced an assessment in respect of the variation under paragraph 33A(4),”.
