Regulation 66 Amendment to paragraph 53

In paragraph 53(3) (homeopathic remedies)—

(a)

for paragraph (c) substitute—

“(c)

the name or company name and the permanent address or registered place of business of the registration holder and of the manufacturer”;

(b)

after paragraph (k) omit “and”;

(c)

after paragraph (l) insert “and”;

(d)

at the end insert—

“(m)

the withdrawal period, where applicable”.
