Regulation 72 Amendment to paragraph 60

In paragraph 60 (release of information by marketing authorisation holder)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (1) after “concerns to” insert “veterinary surgeons or”;

(b)

at the end insert—

“(3)

For the purposes of this paragraph “information” includes any information contained in advertising material.”.
