Regulation 75 Amendment to paragraph 63

In paragraph 63 (placing homeopathic remedy on market in accordance with registration)—

(a)

in sub-paragraph (2) after “immunological” insert “or, subject to sub-paragraph (2A), a biological”;

(b)

after sub-paragraph (2) insert—

“(2A)

Sub-paragraph (2) does not apply in relation to a homeopathic remedy which is derived from plants.”;

(c)

in sub-paragraph (3) after “must be” insert “either topical or oral and must be”.
