In paragraph 4(1) (authorisation)—

(a)

in paragraph (a) after “be manufactured” insert “, controlled”;

(b)

for paragraph (b) substitute—

“(b)

the name and address of the site where the products are to be manufactured or controlled, or to which they are to be imported;”;
