# The Veterinary Medicines (Amendment etc.) Regulations 2024, Regulation 95: Amendment to paragraph 1


In paragraph 1 (classification of veterinary medicinal products)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (4) at the end insert—
“(c) products containing an antimicrobial;
(d) products for the purpose of euthanasia;
(e) products with a hormonal or thyrostatic function;
(f) products containing beta-agonists”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (5)—
(i) at the end of paragraph (c) omit “and”;
(ii) at the end insert—
“(e) immunological veterinary medicinal products.”;
(c) in sub-paragraph (6)—
(i) in paragraph (d) for “adverse reaction” substitute “adverse event”;
(ii) in paragraph (h) for “antimicrobials” substitute “antibiotics”.
