Regulation 97 Amendment to paragraph 3

In paragraph 3(6) (retail supply of veterinary medicinal products) for paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a)

“retail supply” means a supply whether or not for payment to the owner or keeper of an animal for administration to that animal; and”.
