  "text": "Draft Order laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 88(2)(a) of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nCRIMINAL LAW\nMade 2008\nComing into force 15th May 2008\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 16(4)(a) and (b) of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 88(2)(a) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.",
