  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before the Scottish Parliament under section 88(2) of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003, for approval by resolution of the Scottish Parliament.\nCRIMINAL LAW\nMade 2005\nComing into force 2005\nThe Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 14(1) of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 2003 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Order, a draft of which has, in accordance with section 88(2) of that Act, been laid before and approved by resolution of the Scottish Parliament:",
