Regulation 27 Application and interpretation of Chapter 2

(1)

This Chapter applies where—

(a)

a person has been issued with an anonymous elector’s document in accordance with these Regulations, and

(b)

the person is allocated an electoral number which is different from the one shown on that document, other than as the result of an application under section 9B of the 1983 Act (anonymous registration).

In this Chapter, “electoral number” has the same meaning as in regulation 16(2).
