# The Voter Identification Regulations 2022, Regulation 31: Ballot paper refusal list at parliamentary elections


For the purposes of rule 29(3ZA) of Schedule 1 to the 1983 Act (parliamentary election rules: equipment of polling stations), the prescribed form of the ballot paper refusal list is the form set out in Schedule 4.
