Regulation 81 Amendment of regulation 37 (procedure on close of petition)

In regulation 37 (procedure on close of petition), in paragraph (1) after sub-paragraph (e) insert—

“(ea)

in the case of a petition held in England, Wales or Scotland, the signing sheet refusal list completed in accordance with regulation 30A;”.
