# The Voter Identification Regulations 2022, Regulation 83: Amendment of regulation 44 (delivery of documents to the registration officer: England and Wales and Northern Ireland)


In regulation 44 (delivery of documents to the registration officer: England and Wales and Northern Ireland), in paragraph (1) after sub-paragraph (d) insert—
“(da) in the case of a petition held in England or Wales, the packet containing the completed signing sheet refusal list,”.
