# The Voter Identification Regulations 2022, Regulation 84: Amendment of regulation 45 (orders for production of documents: England and Wales and Northern Ireland)


In regulation 45 (orders for production of documents: England and Wales and Northern Ireland), after paragraph (1) insert—
“(1A) In respect of a petition held in England or Wales, an order may be made by the bodies and in the circumstances described in paragraph (2)—
(a) for the opening of the sealed packet containing a completed signing sheet refusal list, or
(b) for the inspection or production of that list.”.
