# The Voter Identification Regulations 2022, Paragraph 5


The photograph must be—
(a) in sharp focus and clear,
(b) free from “redeye”, shadows which obscure the face, or reflection,
(c) undamaged, and
(d) a true likeness of the applicant, without amendment or manipulation.
