These Regulations may be cited as the Warm Home Discount (Amendment) Regulations 2025.

These Regulations come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.

This Part extends to England and Wales and Scotland.

Part 2 extends to England and Wales only.

Part 3 extends to Scotland only.
