# The Warm Home Discount (Amendment) Regulations 2025, Regulation 3


In regulation 4(3)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for “12(7) and” substitute “10, 12(5) to”; and
(b) after sub-paragraph (b), insert—
“(ba) the powers of the Secretary of State under regulation 11,”.
